Fundamentals All levels
Learn to jab, cross, hook, and move. Perfect for beginners or anyone tightening up their basics.
Mon / Wed / Fri — 6:00pm
Bag Work All levels
High-intensity rounds on the heavy bag. Combos, conditioning, and a killer sweat. No experience needed.
Tue / Thu — 6:30pm, Sat — 9:00am
Mitt Work & Technique Some experience
Partner up with a coach for focused pad work. Sharpen your combos and learn to read openings.
Mon / Wed — 7:30pm
Sparring Intermediate+
Controlled rounds with other members. Headgear and mouthguard required. Coach supervised.
Fri — 7:30pm, Sat — 11:00am
Open Gym All levels
Come in and do your thing. Bags, ring, jump ropes — it's all yours. Great for solo work.
Daily during open hours
Just come to Fundamentals. Seriously. Everyone starts there.
